Conscious expansion into the realms of the unknown.

Learning to understand your mental and physical limits so that you can push yourself through those thresholds and barriers to expand and evolve into new realms of what's possible and achievable in your life time.

 

We can always surprise ourselves how far we can reach outside our

comfort zone for personal growth and healing.

In the gap between ‘what’ and ‘if’ are endless possibilities.

 

J.K. Rowling once said that ‘anything is possible if you've got enough nerve’.

 

The possibilities, the chances in life, hardly ever come conveniently or unconstrained. Often, you must seek them out. Possibilities only come when you have an open mind and you try even if you're afraid to fail. 

 

But the thing is, open-mindedness isn't that easy to consciously practice and

maintain all day, every day. For one, possibilities aren’t concrete realities.

They are options, potentials, even promises.

 

It’s natural to take a minute to push through your uncertainties. Moreover, what you believe isn’t necessarily what others accept as true, and vice versa. So, you judge, even if you don't want to - and much like opening yourself up to new possibilities, trying not to judge is easier said than done.

 

If you let judgment rule your way of thinking, you won't be able to open yourself up to new possibilities. This is where meditation helps. 

Gong meditation enables you to observe those judgments and negative feelings from a conscious distance. It helps you become aware of your thoughts and realise that they aren't always true in absolute reality.

 

When you have this mindfulness, you make yourself available to deeper open-mindedness. For 15 minutes a day, let the sound of the gong bring your awareness of the present so that you can quietly observe what's happening without judgment.

 

Gong meditation can open you up to new possibilities, even the ones that may challenge your views. Opening yourself up to new realms of possibilty that reach far beyond your imagination and wildest dreams.

 

It can give you the courage to leave your comfort zone and try new things.
