Learning to listen to the landscape of your body, mind & soul

Focus on what you truly desire ~

This week we are centering our awareness and becoming present to what goes on around us and within us. Becoming more mindful of our thoughts, words and actions and how this impacts our world around.

Presence and awareness is the amazing knowingness that comes from the intelligence of the mind, the opening of the heart and the different sensations within the body. 

 

These three major dimensions are simultaneously aware of the different layers of truth and, when in balance, can create great contentment and wellbeing in the body, mind and spirit.

 

Living in the moment these days seems like a novelty.  It's what you would think of as something nice or fun to do’ - but not manageable 100% of the time, especially with your hectic schedule. 

 

The truth is, we all need to be present in order to consciuosly create and intentionally shape our way in the world making choices from a place of empowerment and personal agency.

 

You must pay attention to what's happening to your life now —not yesterday, not tomorrow.

 

Live your life today because, in the grand scheme of things, today is the most important day of your life. You can plan for your future, but you don't know what that future is going to be - even a day from today, a month or a decade. 

 

Practising meditation is a way to learn how to appreciate, acknowledge, and live your life in the present.

 

During a gong bath, your 'now' will find its way to your mind. Every time the resounding vibrations happen, you stick to the present. You will find within different ways on how to be mindful of whatever is happening at the moment. 

 

Gong meditation is an extrememly effective way of accessing

present-moment awareness through very little conscious effort on your part.

 

Making daily meditation practice a priority for yourself is the key to a stress-free, conscious, vibrant and enjoyable life.
