Finding your Joy ~ Follow that deep resonance in your soul that makes you feel

that awesome sense of joy and wonder in your life.

Studies have shown that gong baths can reduce day-to-day stress and there is also evidence that suggests that gong meditations stimulate damaged DNA strands to repair themselves.

 

The dynamic levels of the pitch of the gong can free mental and emotional blockages that harm your body. When you unshackle yourself from these obstructions, you choose to enjoy your life, regardless of the situation you're in. Happiness is a choice

 

Unpleasant situations in your life that just happen and you will inevitably experience suffering. These instances can bring sadness or despair, and while you cannot control these situations, you can control the way you react.

 

You can choose to let the misery and suffering take over, or you can consciously cultivate joy in your life to counter these seemingly hopeless situations.

 

Much like gratitude, you can always find something in your life that brings you happiness. It doesn't always have to be big or monumental.

 

Even the littlest things in your life can make you smile or laugh.

 

‘Happiness set point’ is a term used in psychology that describes a person's capacity for joy. Your set point may be higher or lower than others, but even if you have a low ‘happiness set point,’ you're not doomed to a lifetime of sadness or misery.

 

Studies in neuro-plasticity have shown that humans can grow new neurons,

so the brain can be redirected or retrained to identify happiness.

 

Through meditation, it's possible to hardwire your neural pathways joy. 

 

But more than the set point, meditation can immensely help you to see the big and small 'miracles' in your day-to-day life.

 

You always have the option to celebrate the many moments in your life that makes you feel good. You can choose to be happy. Find the joy in your life.
