Recognising the beauty in all things ~

Cultivating a profound appreciation for life, recognising the beauty in the little things, honoring who you are and the abundance around you

with a deep sense of gratutide.

Each sound invokes a different feeling to a person. Such as the clang of a bell that is child-like may spark nostalgia, or the rich timbre of a gong is formidable. Or that first ripple of sound when the beater touches its centre stirs you up.


It may spark a pause, a temporary stop to step back and assess your condition

and through this assessment, you will learn to see and appreciate what you have. 


When you're stressed out, it's hard to find something to be thankful for. 

The worry and anxiety block you from realising the blessings and favours bestowed on to you.


The fear and uncertainty make you yearn for something that you don't have—and most of the times you don't need—to the extent that you become greedy and unfulfilled and the negative feelings turn into a cycle of hate and ungratefulness. 


With gong meditation, you will be able to redirect the focus of your thoughts and feelings from what you lack to what you have. With each vibration of the instrument, you will learn to release the greediness in your heart.


This action will break the negative cycle of ungratefulness and thus boost your gratitude for the people and things in your life.


Practising gratitude entails being grateful for all the things—big and small—that make your life worth living. That includes yourself, your self-belief and self-worth.


The power of gratitude is transformative.


The reformation of your thoughts is directed to the subconscious layers of your mind. This way, your gratitude becomes deep-seated.
