Awakening to the art of surrender, learning to let go and open to the freedom that is availale in body and mind...

This week we begin to cultuvate and deep resonace and sense of freedom, we can learn to accept and surrender to the natural flow of life.

 

Humans, by nature, are emotional beings. As such, everyone has a vibrational trigger. Yours may be more heightened than others or more subdued. 

But everyone has a range of complex feelings and sporadic thoughts.

 

Your range directly affects your physical and mental body. Every emotion that you put out in the open or restrict inside has its own vibration and every vibration impacts you right down to your cellular level. 

 

Meditation can help you identify the limits that have been imposed on your life.

You will realise that you confine yourself even in the morals and principles by which you live your life.

 

During a gong bath, the vibrations from the instrument fluctuate. Each vibration knocks into the emotions that you carry and each tuning taps into the limitations that you've surrounded yourself.

 

The quivering 'ooom' sound is potent enough to shatter the boundaries you set out of fear and uncertainty. The beauty of a gong bath is that it will help you filter which limitations are set to inherently protect yourself and which ones can be reconditioned.

 

Through reconditioning, you will learn to let go of resistance,

especially those that are manufactured by fear.

 

And when you achieve this state, you'll be able to truly—and freely—make the choices that will be good for you. Even if they are a tad scary.
