CONGRATULATIONS! You've made it to week 10!

We're really starting to come into a sense of our own now, developing a deep sense of self awareness, presence and personal power that we can consciously take forward into each area of our life with confidence and humility.

A process of learning to trust our instincts and building the courage to be who we are in our radical authenticity and vulnerability.

Your success in life relies on two main elements: your natural ability and your willpower to seize opportunities. Most of these opportunities are by your creation, directly or otherwise. 

 

For every opportunity you grasp, you must take a leap of faith and nothing can stop faith more abruptly than fear. While indispensably essential in life, fear can be debilitating. It can prey on your resolve and it can hinder you from living your life fully.

 

Life, especially these days, can become truly frightening at some point. There is violence and injustice everywhere, and it can stir up all sorts of responses, like despair, anxiety, rage, and such responses spread negative energy. 

 

A different kind of fear comes from abuse. Anyone who has experienced this kind of hurt understands the constant dread that fear can bring. Even in mundane situations—like getting through a long flight or preparing for a job interview—

 

This type of fear can make it so much more difficult to simply function.

Which in turn can make it harder for anyone to reach their full potential. 

 

The thing is, the brain doesn't have a fear centre. There's no one part of it that controls fear. Rather, different parts of the brain make up the mind's intricate threat detection system. Your way of thinking will inevitably direct you towards unleashing your power and overcoming your fear.

 

It will guide you to either succeed or fail in your endeavours. When you practise meditation—even for just 15 minutes every day—your body wakes up.

 

You get to unshackle yourself from doubts and reservations, so you can take charge of your life.

 

You will find yourself focusing more diligently on what's happening right now. When you have this centre, you can minimise the frantic chaos in your mind that distracts you and keeps you from pushing your boundaries.

 

With each sound of the gong, you calm your restless thoughts and find the power within to set yourself free.
