Achieve Your NDIS Goals:
Social & Community Participation Group Activities

Gong Sound Meditation

NDIS Program

I have created a Social and Community Participation Group Activity  that is specifically designed for NDIS recipients.

This program provides physical and emotional support and benefits for participants. It is a wonderful community engagement activity bringing NDIS recipients together in an inclusive environment with their carers.

The format of the program is as follows:

  • 1.5 hour duration at a local community hall or centre - wheelchair accessible

  • 15 minute welcome, arrival and introduction

  • 45 minute sound healing meditation using Gongs and other instruments.

  • 30 minute social time with tea, coffee and biscuits provided.

Treatment is focused on supporting clients to relax and calm their minds, enabling a reprieve from their daily concerns. Sound Healing is scientifically proven to increase both mental and physical health and wellbeing.
Sound Healing integrates functional harmony in the mind and body, which aims to restore optimum health, vitality and balance.
